Top notch. In both selling and buying, Darlene provided excellent advice and assistance. We really appreciated how well she listened to our needs/wants and helped us talk through decisions along the way. She has fantastic people skills plus incredible market knowledge and sales ability. All this, coupled with her interior design background provided us with more help than we'd ever expected to get with home selling & buying. In selling, we had multiple offers with escalation clauses, something we knew nothing about and didn't expect. She spent a long evening with us reviewing offers & explaining our options. When it came to buying, the inspection results made us very concerned about paying the asking price we'd put in our bid. Darlene explained all our options, let us decide what we wanted to do, then worked very hard to sell our decision to the seller. It was a very tense time as we waited for the seller's decision and Darlene kept in touch. We were thrilled when the seller agreed & we know Darlene deserves the credit for getting that agreement!

"We were moving out of town and Darlene helped us prepare, market and sell our old home. She helped us find people to do the prep work who were good workers and cheaper than the other recommendations that we had gotten. After we left town she took over keeping the house up. When there were some unexpected problems due to unusually bad weather she either took care of them herself or helped us figure out how to deal with them from out of state. I would recomend her to any one looking to sell a home"
